Rather than accept the results, we decided to take a hands-on approach—updating the property, enhancing its presentation, and ultimately transforming its performance. That experience showed us the power of combining our strengths. With Carlos’s background in investments and Mary’s expertise in real estate and staging, we realized we had a unique combination of knowledge, experience, and creativity. What started as a solution for one property quickly became a vision: to use our expertise to help other property owners maximize the potential and value of their investments. Carlos Armenteros
Co-Founder & Owner
Carlos Armenteros, originally hailing from the Dominican Republic, has spent over two decades as a proud citizen of Kentucky. His journey is a testament to his resolute spirit and unyielding commitment to growth. Carlos's connection with Kentucky deepened during his time at Alice Lloyd College, where he not only pursued his education but also persued his passion for baseball. Those years etched Eastern Kentucky into his heart, as he fell in love with the region's unique charm and allure.
In 2016, Carlos embarked on a new chapter by entering the world of real estate. This decision marked the beginning of a remarkable trajectory. Over time, his dedication and acumen led him to own and proficiently manage a diverse portfolio of properties across central and eastern Kentucky. Carlos's approach is marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring that each property he oversees resonates with quality and care.

Mary Grenet
Co-Founder & Owner
Mary Grenet specializes in residential listings and helping buyers find their perfect homes, whether it be a first time purchase, or investments to add to their portfolio. Mary is an expert in land and equine properties in central kentucky. She is originally from Maine and moved to Kentucky to work in the equine industry in 2008.
In addition to her love of being a Realtor, Mary started her own staging company a few years ago to help sellers get the most out of their listing. She has grown the business to now offer design and airbnb start ups. Whatever avenue of real estate you're thinking of, she will be right there to guide you through the entire process.
Paulo Baidal
Operation Manager

Originally from Ecuador, Paulo Baidal moved to the United States and has built his professional experience through hard work, adaptability, and a commitment to continued growth. He currently attends the University of Kentucky as a full-time student while serving as the Operations Manager at The Luxe Real Estate Advisors.
Paulo helps oversee the daily operations of The Luxe’s short-term rental properties, working closely with cleaners, maintenance professionals, and other team members to ensure every property is properly maintained, prepared for guests, and operating efficiently. He also supports the company’s marketing, website, and guest-experience efforts. From preparing new rentals and coordinating repairs to promoting available properties, Paulo’s hands-on approach and attention to detail help provide dependable support for both property owners and guests.
